I have a 97 dakota CC v6 auto and I was at the local salvage yard when I saw
a alum. drive shaft that appeared to have come from a CC dakota also. I was
wondering if it's possible (advisable) to buy the alum driveshaft and
replace the two-piece.
The guy at the place only wants 100 bucks for it and it comes with the
U-joints, the shaft looks extremely new and doesn't appear damaged. Any
thoughts?
