Ok, yet another of my uninformed rants: :-)

I've watch Bill Elliot on and off since the 80's. He's always seemed to do
well when on the track alone (ie, qualifying or in the lead), but he doesn't
appear to be able to deal with traffic. Perhaps he's just too nice?
