Evening Ron,

I haven't had the need to completely disassemble the engine. I did do the
"belly pan gasket" and water pump. The internal parts I did see could be
put in a box and sold as new. Maybe I don't keep the oil in long enough
to have a varnish problem. Maybe I'm just lucky.
I am using a good Dino Oil. Marathon 10/30 recommended for turbo engines.
As for my reason, see my reply to Cal. I don't deny I am be just a little
nuts.

Just looked outside and the 'ol Dakota is got about an inch of snow on it
with another inch of ice and it's sleeting heavy. Guess I'll change oil and
filter tomorrow morning and give it another coat of wax (heh, heh).
Put in a new K&N 10X3 Filter this week. Put the old one in my shed and
damn, if I didn't about 10 of the them out there. Guess it's time I started
cleaning them.
