Pretty much.

I've tested this on a Dyno which is where I got the idea from. The MAP was
telling the PCM that it's under a light load and it is leaning out the fuel.
The FMU's that come with the S/C kits can put a bandaid on the problem, but the
solution is to fix the MAP signal first.
