I hope the shop has a lot of money to spend on a hefty fine (if caught). "Dual
Cat" system....are they replacing the cats as well? (Not "legal" unless the
vehicle is beyond 80K miles...or you've voided your Cat warranty by installing
non-Mopar headers.)
$300 is about right for the muffler, 2.5" pipes, and tips out the back.
