File a claim against them with the BBB... and of course, change
insurance companies...
I've found that the people who go with the 'cheapest' insurance
companies, usually get the cheapest service from them. Is AIG
one of these (I have never heard of them).
USAA here... pay more get more... though if you have no claims
for over a year or so, their prices are pretty reasonable.
