My 97 dakota CC v6 auto has 100,500 miles on it currently. It runs strong,
runs thru abou 1/2 a quart of synthetic mobil 1 every 4,500 mile
change(knocking the baffles out your valve covers = not so good.. it tends
to suck oil into the intake)

11k doesn't sound like a bad price for one. Have a mechanic test it out for
you if you're unsure what shape the motor REALLY is in. should only cost
about 75 bucks for a complete inspection.
