This may have been put up already and I am not sure that it works in all
states, but it does in Washington and Oregon.
If your like me the dak tends to take over while driving and does not pay
attention to the speed limit signs, so if you get a ticket and it will
happen, this is what you do.

First pay it, but when write the check make it for a few dollars extra, the
court will send you a refund check for your few dollars which you
"accidentily sent." Keep the refund check "Do not cash it" for some reason
this keeps the paperwork from going through and your insurance never finds
out.

DISCLAIMER:
First off I did not sent this email and I have not done this either, I heard
from a sister of a friend who has a sock draw full of ticket refunds. Second
source was a cousin who's friends dad is an Insurance Agent and told her. It
could be a giant scam started by the courts to get people to send an extra
few dollars which they never ask for back, which could add up to millions. I
don't know, try at your own risk

P.S.
If you use Rain-X on your truck and your pulled over for speeding in the
rain, try saying that the water runs off quicker the faster you drive and
that you were only speeding as a safety precaussion.
