I heard about another Line-X place that did the same thing. Good thing I
had gone to the other one.

I have Line-X and I'm really indifferent about the product itself, BUT, I
would suggest asking some questions and maybe get to observe application or
their clean-up. The shop I had apply Line-X used a large blanket to cover
over the hood and roof (slid under the masked areas. It took me a weekend
or 2 (don't do it during crapy winter when it's a pain to inspect) before I
notice SPECS, all over the hood and roof and sides. I first used the term
"over spray" and they just all but called my a liar. Then we came to the
under standing that it wasn't directly over spray, but over spray on the
blanket (from mutli-use) and the material on the blanket was then sticking
to my truck. I tried several different cleaners at first, then realizing
the area affected was everywhere. They cleaned on it for about an hour, I
could still find specs of material in different places; they gave me a jar
of "cleaner" to take home, as I was tired of having to show them where.

Line-X is hard and if you want to easily slide stuff, then a better choice
for you than Rhino, which is softer and therefore stuff doesn't slide
around.

I would recommend looking into SpeedLiner. It is harder than Rhino, softer
than Line-X and I've since talked with and watched the local shop owner and
I'm confident about the quality. There was a mag article a few months back
that did a shoot out. I could look if interested.
