I don't want to start any "Nasty Gram" threads so please (nothing against
you personally either)...as you stated though...it's Business. So email the
party(s) involved in the Business Transaction and leave it off the DML.
Ok...a better choice of wording: Complaining about the other party to an
entire mailing list isn't exactly proper.
I have been in similar situations like this a few times...but I kept the
business part of it off the DML. Especially when stating to take legal
action or posting my home and work number to a public web-forum.
Please, take it offline.

to me that I have practically begged Tony for some contact before tonight.
I felt a cc to the DML was not all that bad a thing to do. Others may be
thinking of doing business with him.
And it's not a personal issue, at this point it is merely business. I would
think that if it was your money out there you would be upset too.
