I'd use a voltmeter to check your voltages to and from the amp.....it could
be several things, probably a bad ground or a short....hope that
helps....does your amp have the same gauge wire for power and ground??

Subject: DML: stereo help

To all the stereo guru's in the house. For some reason my subs in my truck
make like a whirring/gurgleing sound. It's really wierd, and it seems to be
coming from the amp. It's independent if the engine is running or not, as
long as the amp is turned on. Also, it happens if their is music/no music.
It's really really really wierd. What could be causing this to happen.
Thanks for the advice.

william
