Sounds like the amp is going south......Try a new interconnect running from
the head unit to the amp...don't install it just plug it in, let it lay
loose and test the results. If you still have the noise I'll be willing to
bet it is the amp. If the sound goes away reroute the interconnect like
Andy suggested.
