I god, Monday was the scariest day of my entire life!
I was on my way to work and we got hit by some snow,
being that it was only 3:00am the plows had not gone
by, so it was really crappy.
well I wasn't paying attention and I did a 180 onto
the opposite side of the road (I'll admit it I
panicked and tapped the brake which sent me into the
spin) luckly I wasn't too far in the ditch. All I
needed was a couple of good pushes and I would have
been out. Of course the only person to stop and help
had recently undergone a hip replacement.
Well it was a hard decision to leave my baby but I
accepted the guys offer to take me to the gas station
just down the road.
I called my mom and dad and they came as fast as they
could to help me out. Not even 20 min. had past before
I returned to my Dak and it was GONE !!!!!!!
I tell you I was balling my eyes out at the sight of
my tire marks and no truck. MY BABY HAD BEEN
TRUCKNAPPED!!!!!!!
Well it turns out a highway patrol officer happend by
and called for it to be removed, missing me by
minutes. (thankfully they used a flatbed)
I had to bail it out of the impound lot $158.54. But
at least my insurance covered it (and my battery
wasn't dead. . . the hazzard lights were on for 8hrs
and it didn't make a dent in the battery, I was
suprised).
