fog lights to daytime running lights???

I plan on making my fog lights some on when I start the truck. My question
is I would like to find a wire that I can tap into that is in the engine bay
that is on only when the engine is running (as a switched wire) for my
relay. Also how many amps does each light pull. I am thinking of getting a
40amp relay to run with.
