It won't. Two years ago, a stock (and I do mean stock ... not even an air
filter replacement) CC R/T with 9000 mi. ran 15.0x on closing day at the track.
I don't know if he was able to crack into the 14s as I left while he was still
running.
Times do vary quite a bit with R/Ts but it will do better than 15.9 . Just
don't
try to get it all at the line.
