Hey Steve!

I recently changed my '92's belt and after putting my wrench to the
tensioner, it too stayed "open". I lubed it up and moved the wrench back and
forth a few times and it brought it back to life. Give it a shot!

When changing the serpentine belt is it normal for the tensioner to remain
in the "loose" position after turning the nut clockwise? I thought it was
under constant tension counter-clockwise to maintain proper tension on the
belt. Do I have a bad tensioner?
