Hard to unlock seat belt

Hey dudes! Anyone else have to about break your
fingers to get the seat belt to unlatch? Wonder what
type of oil or grease I could shoot down in there? I
have a nice assortment of cans out in the garage,but
most of them are missing their spray nozzles. :>(
