TOOLS - OPTIONS - RULES WIZARD
(1) Check messages when they arrive
(2) With SPECIFIC WORDS in the recipients address (specific=
dakota-truck@buffnet.net)
(3) Move it to specific Folder (Mine is labeled DML underneath the Inbox)
(4) Finished.
Now remember, there's many addresses that are being used for the DML and
they sometimes slip through the filter.
Recipient: dakota-truck@buffnet.net
Sender: owner-dakota-truck@buffnet.net
Other: dakota-truck-moderator@bent.twistedbits.net (What's this one for
Jon?)
If you just filter for specific words in the subject, you may put some other
emails in the DML folder on accident. Just filter by recipient's mail
address.

I got the DML text filter going just fine now but can't figure out the
senders address thing. When I try using the move message from someone it
doesn't work. Will use this for awhile and see how it goes.
