Well that depends on a number of factors, including your size (weight), and
the contents of your stomach (an empty stomach will absorb alcohol faster
than a full stomach). For most average sized men, even two beers will not
put you over the legal limit (once again the limit varies from state to
state and from country to country). I often have a glass of wine with
dinner or a beer at a BBQ. If I'm driving I cut it off at one, and I don't
see any problem with that.
