The 48mm was designed for the V6's. It also produces more TQ (and in some
cases HP) than a factory V8 TB swap.
The 50mm Billet looses a little bit of bottom end but gains at the top end.
I've tested and run both 48 and 50mm Billets on my V6 and the 48mm has
better throttle response for the V6.
