Subject: DML: DML FAQ/Knowledgebase?

As I was roaming the countryside today, I got to thinking about the vast
amounts of knowledge on the list here, and that there's no "repository"
for it. Spark plug info, what the best shocks are, tire info, mods,
where to get a left-handed diff cover remover, and so on. Yes, we have
the archives, but those can be difficult to search through and compile
the various posts into one "article" if you will. The DOC has a FAQ at
http://www.durangoclub.com/faq/default.htm and quite a bit can be
gleaned from browsing it (though there is much to be desired as well).

During the time I subscribed to the list (I now use the newsgroup, much
more convenient for me) I stashed quite a few posts away in a folder for
future reference, but searching those 800-plus messages is tedious.

I'm willing to coordinate, organize, edit, format, etc. anything folks
contribute to the collection. I could start by pulling things from the
list as days go by, but I may consider some things not approriate for
it, and might miss things that need to go in. It'd help me out if folks
could say "hey Andy, put this one in the FAQ."

That is, of course, if other people think this project will be
beneficial to the group. I can start out hosting the stuff on my
personal web space, but that's finite.
