Tom, I think you have a couple of choices. You can try an easy out, since
it already has a hole in it you shouldn't have to drill it out. Another
choice would be to simply replace the whole wheel cylinder assembly. It has
been many years since I bought one, but they didn't use to be that
expensive. A good parts store should carry it. If you go this route be
careful of the nut holding on the brake line, it is a soft metal and will
round off easily. They make special wrenches for these.
