Doug,
    The KB manifold is Billet Aluminum. All machined and only 1 inch thick
from intake port to blower. I've seen an aluminum Edelbrock hi-rise grenade
due to nitrous. The main cause for this is accidentally injecting nitrous
before cranking the engine or injecting NOS at too low an RPM. I have run nos
for about 5 years on my other truck with no adverse effects. NEVER get in it
under about 3000 rpm or It will literally beat the rod bearings out of it.
