It is the weather-stripping on the door... I had the problem myself...

If it is making the noise with your windows up, try opening the window....if
it stops then you know that's it...

got some of the same adhesive that they use when installing windshields to
keep it from making that hi pitched buzzing sound...

I just got my 2001 Dak, 3.9L, 5 speed and have less than 1000 miles on it.
I am starting to notice a high pitched whistle while driving on the highway
at speeds around 55-65mph. Has anyone else had this problem? I have not
been able to pin the noise source down yet and can only conclude that it
must be from wind resistance or aerodynamics. Any suggestions on how to
determine source or correct this?
