"Would you consider this truck 'NEW'." The truck had been rear ended during a test drive. The truck was pushed into another vehicle. Damage to the back (they won't say how much), and also to the front bumper, right fender, headlight, and door. The dealership argues, and intends to argue in court that everyone would consider this truck "new." They compare the damage and repair ($2,400 and counting) to backing the truck into the side of the transport truck while unloading. Or scratching the paint while moving the truck around the lot. Please let me know what you think.
