MTX Subwoofer Speaker Enclosures for Club Cabs

Does anyone have the MTX subwoofer speaker enclosures designed for install
under the back seat of the Gen III club cabs. I am interested in these and
would like to get some feedback to determine if people are pleased with
them. Also I'm interested if folks bought the amplified version, if they
are using the original head unit, amplifier used and ease of hookup. Also
would like to know if anyone has found any great prices on these units.
