It's my understanding that when you sign that paper when you drop the vehicle
off, it authorizes the dealer to perform any and all warranty work, including
TSBs, available computer reflashes, etc.that they find record of.
I tried to complain to Sam Dell in Syracuse about them doing TSB work (flashed
the PCM) w/o asking me they told me "hey, you signed it, we're authorized to do
it w/o asking."
