I have tried to separate the tube from the airbox also but was never able to
figure out how without cracking something. Takes up a lot of storage space.

I know how to remove the whole box but I just want to remove the tube that
comes out the front and goes up to the wheel well, I can get it to turn a
bit but it seems to be stuck or hooked on somehow. Has anyone removed this
before and what is the trick, or anyone who has removed the whole thing if
you could look at how you might seperate the two sections that would be
great, thanks
