if you mean flash stall thats how much your car will stall when you mash on
the gas from idle. its diffrent from when you stall it with the brake. lets
say you have a 3500 stall on your vehicle with the foot brake itll stall
prob. to 3000 but if you mash on the gas from idle it will prob. stall to
about 3200 or maybe 3300. stall depends on how much torque your engine puts
out.
