How about just relocating it under the frame or something? Once you remove
it, you will have an open vent line from the tank, and the EVAP solenoid will
now create a vacuum leak when it is triggered to o[pen byt he computer. I
would either relocate it or leave it alone. If you take it and all the EVAP
solenoid and related hoses out you will get a check engine light.
