APC Clears

Hello list

Does anyone have the APC euro style tails yet? I am wondering if the clear
front portion can be removed? Do you put bulbs in that way? From the rear?
Is the unit sealed except for a bulb entry point from the rear?

Basically, does it come apart? For example, can I unscrew the clear outer
lens?
