actually, it comes from Avery Island, which is outside of New Iberia :-p~
I personally can't stand the stuff (big Tony Chachere fan though, even put
it on pizza!). I have taken a tour of the island. Saw the video of the lake
sinking.. that was freaky. Then they took us on a boat ride over it.
