I don't know exactly where the amp is, but if your head unit has RCA line
outputs I'd stick a 2-way spiltter on them and run that to your amp via new
RCA cables. If not, then I would pull your signal from the rear speaker
leads; you have easy access to them in the back if you removed the side
panels. I assume you have either line level adaptors or your amp has
high-level inputs.

Ok, I have a '00 reg. cab with the RBR(CD only) Infinity system in it. I am
using the speaker level inputs with my amp to power the subs, but I need to
know if I need to take the signal from speaker wires running out of the back
of the head unit, or running from the factory amp to the speakers? Where is
the factory amp located in a reg. cab? Does it make a difference? It just
seems like to me I'd want the amplified signal, but maybe not??? It would be
easier and cleaner if I took it off of the head unit, but I will take it
from the amp if need be. Thanks,
