Grady, check out http://www.obd-2.com/ I'm pretty sure that this is the
cable/software that Bernd Ratsch uses, and he reccomended to me. My laptop
is currently on the blink, but as soon as I have it back up I will be
utilizing their program/cable. Ask Bernd or the people that make it about
this product.HTH,

I've acquired a "previously owned" laptop (GW Solo 2100 Pentium 133,
40mb RAM, Win95) for the express purpose of setting up an OBDII
monitoring system for my Dak. The price was definitely right --
zilch.

The only stuff I've seen any info on is AutoTap -- it looks pretty
good. Anyone have any good/bad experiences with AutoTap or any other
software (with cable/adapter) package? Should the laptop I've gotten
my hands on here be sufficient?
