I got the OBDII Automotive Scan Tool and Virtual Dashboard at
http://www.obd-2.com for like $120.00. Works quite well.. THe laptop should
work alright. I was using an IBM TP760ED P1-133 with 86mb or RAM. Just
upgraded to a THinkPad 600 PII-266 with 256mb of RAM.
