One word of caution on the strobe heads...i have found out (through my own
experiences) that a nice seal of silicone around the base of the strobe
head/headlamp assembly will make the lamps last a lot longer. Also, slicone
any connection that is exposed to the elements. Any amount of water will
cut down on the life on the strobes...unless you upgrade to the waterproof
version. I have six that are not waterproof, (and 2 waterproof) and for a
while i was blowing a strobe head every month from moisture/water hitting
the lamp. Now with all connetions sealed... i havent blown a bulb
yet...going on 6 months. Just a few words of caution.

Great description on the how-to!
