I live here in Vegas and would LOVE to help get this put together. I've
organized meetings before, but not ever a car show or truck meet. If
someone wants to give me a few pointers on the usual things that need to
be arranged, I'll be glad to set this up.
When are we looking to do this? Keep in mind that the later we go into
summer, the hotter it gets here. It's 95 here today. My advice is to
either do it before the end of June, or maybe wait until after August.
Then again, if you guys don't care that it's hot out, neither do I.

I have a few hotel contacts and would love to get this rolling...I just
need some basic startup info...
