There is a new one p/n 5007398 that makes power in a slightly different rpm range
than the MPI intake (5249816) that supposedly is a direct bolt-on requiring no
modifications from the stock configuration. The MPI intake requires several
modifications in order to make it work (see Jon's kit) but I have found that
using a thermostat housing for a Chevy will not require that you grind the A/C
compressor. Furthermore - I understand that March makes a nice set of brackets
that will totally replace that big huge aluminum bracket that mounts the A/C
compressor and the alternator to the front of the block. I saw it in a magazine
on a early model Mopar - and yes it was a late-model magnum block.
