If it's after the cat and at the tailpipe, yes. (Not by the joints
though...that designates a small leak...only from the tailpipe.) H2O is a
by-product of the catalytic conversion.

Just so I understand, are you saying that water dripping from anywhere
along
the exhaust (pipes, joints, muffler) is normal or just dripping from the
tailpipe end?
