If your dealer's a nice guy, you can get it cheaper than that. Mine was
just about $180 out the door and it attaches the Mopar way.

called Amp Research at

difference between the bed extenders is the method by which they lock in
place. As of 1 Jan 2000 Steelhorse became the distributor, so you can no
longer buy from Amp Research directly. The extenders are available from
Automtive Accessories Connection www.accessconnect.com for $194.95, which
includes shipping. I've had mine for 16 months and it is an excellent
product. I see no reason why it wouldn't work with a bed cover.
