Yeah, they've been "working on" kits for about a year and a half.
2001 marked the introduction of 16" rims in some of the packages (previous
years had only 15", and 17" on the R/T). The "large" 4x4 tires are now
metric sized that work out to a 31" diameter. With the 16" rims, the
metric dimensions do change a little to keep the same tire diameter.
