Ok ....
I got rid of my pinging problem.
I went to Autolite plug wires for my V6(used the V8 set).
Gor rid of the pinging,but i changed out the Champion plugs,with Autolite
3924's....
Filled up with 89 octane..no pinging.
Thanks to all who offered help,especially Bernd.
(dont know what i'd do without the man)
