I've already done that (the magazine was little help at all),
EXCEPT..............I drilled out the shifter housing and the trans and
re-tapped the wimpy 10mm screws with grade-5 bolts (7/16"). I kept stripping
out the bolts from shifting too hard. I really like the shifter except that
it sits about 2" too far to the right.
