I thought the 01 quadcabs with the tire and handling package came with
p265/75/r16's on them from the factory?

I put 265/75/16 BFG A/T KOs on my '04 4x4. They are a real tight fit. You
shouldn't have any trouble with rubbing on the inner fender wall. The front
fascia on my truck is loose due to some off-roading, so I get a little play
in the outer fender. I can't tell if this keeps me from rubbing or not. If
you will rub it will be where the front fascia wraps around to meet the
tire.
