I noticed today that after I turn my wipers off on my GenIII, they don't
return to the final lower position. Hard to explain...but I believe that on
the final wipe they would go down...pause...then go even lower so that they
were in the horozontal position. Now, they go down and stop....WITHOUT that
final tweak which drops them a bit lower ???
