Yes, there are synthetics available!
Use a synthetic that has the same weight/grade or better as dicatated for
your truck.
Be prepared to spend 15-20 per quart, depending on tranny 4-5 pints.
98 NV3500 - uses 4.8 pints (I think its 75W-90)
