Trucks just don't spontaneously combust. Those 2 explosions were probably
the airbags going off. I hope you're FD has a good arson unit, cause it
sounds like either it is a problem with the truck, or someone didn't like
your truck for whatever reason. Was there damage under the hood or was it
confined to the cab. I can tell that they did pry-bar the hood open at the
sides to gain entry. Heavy fire damage on the passenger front fender which
was probably the origin were the fire started or at least the heaviest
concentration. I would start looking there. Sorry about your truck, that
really sucks... Insurance shouldn't give you too much of a hassle. If you
don't tell them you have 20k on the odo they cannot tell. It definitely is a
total loss.. :-(
