More like an internet hoax that's been going around for YEARS. A quick
check of the "facts" in this message will reveal that:

A) There is no bill by that number. Go to http://www.congress.gov/ and
search on the bill# , you'll get "602P is an invalid bill number"

B) That bill number is inconsistent with the format used by our
Congresscritters

C) There is no Congresscritter by that name -

D) I'll bet the lawyer named is fake too. In fact, a quick Google search
on his name turns up that the closest person it might be is a Physics
professor - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Richard+Stepp

E) It is impossible for this type of system (pay per email) to ever work on
the internet.

Please folks, do a little checking before just sending this kind of stuff
around and reacting so rashly.
