I assume by looking at the picture that it's a 2wd.

Lower Arm:

1) Front Nut - 130 ft. lbs.
2) Rear Nut - 80 ft. lbs.
3) Ball Joint Nut - 94 ft. lbs.

I'd use a 24" breaker bar and go till you can't turn it anymore... unless
you've already got a tq wrench, in which case I can't help b/c I dunno what
it is on a Gen III :)
