It's been bled and bled.... The ABS is'nt kicking in I don't think, because
the pedal isn't pulsating.

This part sounds like either air in the lines or the ABS kicking in too
soon.
Take it to a mom and pop style brake shop not the dealer. Most dealer's
knowledge ends at oem parts.
